  • Vendors begin check in – must be ready for business by 4:30 p.m.

  • Cook-off participants check in at River Star Park – enter on Riverside Drive
5:00 pm
  • Fair opens to public – Enter on Hwy 27 main gate – FREE PARKING
    $3.00 each or 2 for $5.00 – Ages 10 and under free with paid adult
  • Carnival and Midway open – Wristbands $20.00
  • Petting Zoo opens
  • Vendors open
6:30 pm
  • Pig Races by Swifty Swine – carnival area
7:00 pm
  • Jackpot Chili Judging – River Star Park

  • Swine for prospect show arrive and check in – enter on Riverside Drive, follow signs
    Exhibitor and parents admitted at no charge other visitors $5.00, ages 10 and under free.
    After unloading animals, trailer parking in County Park.
9:00 am
  • Parade check in and line up – Earl Garrett and North Street intersection
  • Baked Goods check-in – Exhibit Hall
  • BBQ Cook-off starts – teams in place no later than 10:00 am
10:00 am
  • Parade entry judging
  • Fair opens to public – Enter on Hwy 27 main gate – FREE PARKING
    SATURDAY ONLY (includes bull riding and dance) – $10.00 Ages 10 and under free when accompanied by paid adult
  • Vendors Open
  • Petting Zoo Opens
10:30 am
  • Baked Good judging – public not allowed in judging area
11:00 am
  • Parade steps off – proceeds down Earl Garrett to Water Street, turning left,
    disbands at “F” Street area View Map
  • Salsa judging – River Star Park

  • “Fun Pull” with Antique Tractors by Hill Country Antique Tractor and Engine Club – next to outdoor arena
  • Pinto bean judging – River Star Park

  • Steers, lambs and goats arrive and check in – enter on Riverside Drive – follow signs. Exhibitor and parents admitted at no charge other visitors $5.00, ages 10 and under free. After unloading animals, trailer parking in County Park.

  • Fair opens to public – Enter on Hwy 27 main gate – FREE PARKING
    Admission $5.00, ages 10 and under free when accompanied by paid adult ($5.00 discount for carnival wristband with each paid admission)
